We are an early stage startup, we have launched our first MVP and seeing great traction. By the summer we want to be the obvious choice for all fitness groups in Stockholm to mange their group and arrange their workouts as well as the place to be, if you enjoy working out with others. About the role

We are looking for a React Native or Full-Stack Developer who will be apart and shape our app. Someone who can be hands-on and join our team pushing us closer to our goal. Ideal candidate:

-Has 2+ years of hands-on mobile development
-Passionate, driven and likes high-pace
-We value both experienced candidates but also less experienced if you have the right mindset and mentality

You will be joining our teach team including our CTO and two remote developers. The job will be at the office (you need to be Stockholm based or close-by) but also allow for remote working from time to time. At this early stage you will also be working tightly with the rest of our team, including management and marketing to together, run the product forward as quickly as possible without loosing connection with our customers.

Compensation and timing

This position will be available from March. Other than a competitive salary we will provide perks like, generous wellness allowance, 30 days paid leave, free lunches frequently, a great culture and possibility to participate in sports and fitness events. You will also have the opportunity to travel and work abroad as our company grows and internationalises.

We will also offer a stock option package to key members that wan't to be apart of this journey long term. For someone who is willingly, it would be possible to start this position earlier in compensation for a larger stockoption deal.

About TROOPR

Sports and workouts are best done together, but meeting people or arranging activities with others is a hassle. TROOPR intend to solve that by creating a social network dedicated for fitness, sports and health. A network where you can in a fun and easy way match with people in your area that shares the same interests. Where you can discover and join local fitness groups and workouts, a place where you can stay connected with other enthusiasts, share your progress, ask questions and challenge each other. This network will also allow people who work with fitness to build their brand, sell their services and speak with the right audience.

Since spring 2021 we have worked on this mission, built a team of enthusiastic 25+ ambassadors, launched our MVP in App Store and organically gained about 500 members in less than 2 months. We hope to continue that growth and during the summer reached the thousands of users before entering our second market, London, in Q3 2022.
