Job Description:

We are looking for a BI Visualization Lead who will help us in the digital transformation of the eFreight suite through a world-class product focused on quality and the customer. High level of modernization efforts includes User Interface modernization, transforming the monolithic legacy product into microservices SaaS platform, API/EDI integrations, workflow automation, and robust automation framework for testing and leveraging emerging, disruptive technologies (IoT, blockchain, AI/ML, RPA) to enhance offerings for customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mock-ups to visualize data: : Mandatory Skills.
• Build Dashboards and User Interfaces in Business Intelligent that access complex data from data sources/ warehouses and display it in clear, concise, and actionable representations for decision-making: : Mandatory Skills.
• Good experience how to create Custom Web Applications: Mandatory Skills.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness); conduct design adjustments based on user feedback & good knowledge of the Figma tool : : Mandatory Skills.
• Should have a good understanding of ETL and how to create a database.
• Good in Data modelling
• Work with management to define the roadmap of data visualization products and take responsibility for delivering those products
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the analytics tools and specifications needed to produce effective data visualizations
• Collaborate closely with Back-end data Lead / Engineer, participate in the design, development, and analysis of data architecture and warehousing approaches
• Understand business processes, translating into data visualizations to improve both operational and executive decision-making

Good to Have: Any programming skills : Java / Angular / React / Python.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong 6+ years of professional experience in using Business Intelligence to build dashboards and interfaces
• Creative and aesthetic in interface design and visualization; also data-driven and detail-oriented in understanding underlying data structures
• Domain knowledge in Freight forwarding and Logistics is desirable.
