Social Media Executive

We are looking for someone who can take charge of our entire social media and website marketing communication. If you like working on all social media designs, write smart copy, understand social media analytics and keep yourself informed with the latest tools, trends and pages on all social media platforms, this role is for you.
This role requires someone creative and can identify, create, manage and deliver digital content using a range of techniques, across channels including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate understands what is trending on social media and other platforms and creatively creates content for our business.

Requirements:
● Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
● Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn,
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different
channels
● Prepare social media calendar for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Pinterest
● Address customers' comments, posts and messages
● social media analytics - drive growth for the brands through organic and paid
engagement
● Reach out to social media platforms to address bugs and other issues
● Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
● Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and
better ways of measuring social media activity
● Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and
competitions
● Build and report metrics and areas of improvement to senior stakeholders
● Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
● In-depth social media analytics experience with exposure to social media analytics
tools experience
● Experience with using SEO tools with wordpress

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree
● 0-2 Years of Experience in Social Media Management
