Product Manager

Who We Are

Payd is a young and dynamic “force for good” startup in Singapore with a focus on employee financial wellbeing. We have recently received VC funding and are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Malaysia.

We’re passionate about our project and our goal is to help provide financial flexibility to those who need it in Southeast Asia. We’re looking for a Product Manager with relevant fintech experience to work alongside the Co-founders and help lead some of our highest impact, strategic projects.

What You’ll be doing

• Driving the strategy and development of our upcoming products
• Working with management, engineering, marketing and sales teams on product development to assess value, usability and feasibility
• Collaborating with the engineering team to design product solutions that will drive excellent digital experiences
• Creating user stories for new features or updates to existing features and owning knowledge of the product front-to-back
• Defining success metrics and measuring the impact of your work
• Delivering the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ of Product Management experience
• Demonstrable success in launching new products or features with clear metrics and impact - ideally in a fintech
• Experience with product exploration and go to market proposition, product design, product planning and development
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work in a data driven cross functional team to move ideas to reality in a very short period of time
• Experience in a hyper growth start-up environment is a plus
