The Role

  1. Sustaining and growing the relationships, which translate to a growth in revenue
  2. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  3. Market/ Category research and analysis; Build knowledge about the client’s industry with regular research and provide strategic inputs to move the client ahead of the curve
  4. Be the interface between the client and all the internal departments at the firm
  5. Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
  6. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  7. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  8. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to seniors using key account metrics
  10. Setting up processes of how client communication should be taken care of
  11. Setting, Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs amongst the team
