Mid/Junior Growth Marketer

About The Role

Family Care Hub is a new healthcare startup launched in September 2021. Our SaaS platform helps people manage their family’s health in one place, including scheduling appointments and tracking symptoms for dependents.

As our SaaS Growth Marketer, you will lead the marketing of our web-app and your key objective will centre on driving signups to grow our active user base. The role spans all aspects of digital marketing, including campaign ideation, messaging and ad optimisation.

This is initially a 6 months full time contract position with the opportunity to become a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth in sign ups and awareness of the Family Care Hub platform
• Grow our active membership base and hit member revenue targets
• Paid marketing campaign optimisation and management
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Owning how the Family Care Hub app is represented and promoted across Family Care Hub’s owned assets (ie website)
• Email marketing
• Evaluating and testing new growth opportunities

Desired Experience And Skills

• You’re a dynamic individual who’s adaptable and enjoys working in an agile environment
• Experience working across digital products. SaaS marketing experience will be highly regarded
• Campaign conceptualisation
• Ability to map customer journeys and optimise funnel drop off points
• Hands-on experience with content creation and running paid media activity, particularly across Facebook TikTok & Snapchat
• Data-driven approach, with a test and learn mindset
