The Role

Have you got an active Property & Casualty license in any US state?

Are already working at an Insurance agency, were previously working at Insurance agencies, or have obtained a license since you are wanting to get your foot in the door of the insurance & financial services industry?

Do you have a desire to take on a leadership role where you can manage a team and own a customer base?

If so, join our team at Mirnana. We are looking for a licensed candidate to join our team based in Washington on a permanent basis.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead, mentor & coach a team of associates.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Ensure you and your team meet efficiency targets and completion of daily open service tasks.
  • Lead by example to showcase best practice performance.
  • Assist with processing of payments when required.
  • Make outbound calls to your customer's customers relating to daily open service tasks.
  • Maintain quality records in a fast-paced collaborative team environment and on all customer interactions.

Desirable but not required:

  • Candidates who have multi-lingual skills – speaking, reading and writing proficiency in other languages in addition to English.
  • Prior experience in Salesforce
