Mavisoft is a young AI research company aspiring to become the world leader in automated industrial surveying solutions. We use Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twinning to analyze images and their features, particularly defects in metal, concrete, and other materials commonly found on industrial assets. Required Skills and Abilities:

• Exceptional leadership skills; ability to communicate, resolve issues, and create a motivating and inspiring team culture.
• Attention to detail in verbal and organizational communication.
• Works closely with co-founders, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Able to perform multiple tasks, balance priorities, and meet deadlines; ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary agile driven team.
• Takes initiative and has a high level of ambition, motivation, and passion.
• Background in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, with a solid understanding of key AI / ML tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Industry experience with software such as Git and Jira.
• Full-stack developer who is proficient in Django Python, SQL, Javascript, NodeJs, React, HTML, CSS, and Relational Databases.
• Experience with delivering software - unit testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Need a strong awareness of best practice development including Agile methodologies, and scalability. You should have a strong analytical mindset, be self-organized and strongly believe in software quality and ensure the highest quality by following and improving processes and standards, and using automated unit tests, continuous integration and similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and development team, executing different proof of concepts for automated industrial
• Surveying solutions; this includes leading-edge machine learning, deep learning, and analytical focused systems and software development.
• Helps develop intricate plans for the strategic direction and goals of the company. You will also receive the opportunity to work with the business development side of the company to align on client needs for this.
• Uses the best of pre-existing technologies to optimize our solution.
• Heavily motivates the team through leadership skills and evokes collaboration, learning, while keeping the team aware of the companies goals and directions.
• Quickly identifies opportunities and develops creative solutions that add to the companies unique selling proposition.
• Designs and develops models in computer vision and AI analytics systems to be deployed in the solution.
• Conducts quality control of all models and systems to ensure an overall robust infrastructure.
• Performs all other duties as required

Experience Required:

• Master’s degree: Computer science, Data Science, AI, etc
• 3+ years of back-end development: Python, Django/Flask, Node.js/Express
• 3+ years of front-end development: HTML, CSS, JS Frameworks like React, Angular, Vue
• Experience with ML frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch
• Experience with cloud solutions such as Azure, AWS, GCP
