IT Engineer - Night Shift

Job Description:

• Provide end-user technical support
• CRM and Dialler support
• Provide support for all software and application installations such as Office, Outlook, etc.
• Administer, deploy and support all hardware desktop technologies (PCs, laptops, printers, phones and related peripheral devices)
• Responsible for diagnosing, documenting and resolving Hardware related issue
• Assist in windows Active Directory, ADC, and DNS, File share, WSUS, Antivirus and other server administration
• Assist in windows Backup, group policies and user administration
• Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS
• Basic network connectivity troubleshooting skills and proficient with configuration of Router, switch, and firewalls
• Document, track and respond to requests for service and reported problems through the ticketing system
• Assist in vendor coordination and management

Required Candidate profile:

• Any Technical Degree
• Any Relevant Technical Courses / A+ or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in IT(Relative management)
• Good level of written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Communication in Kannada & Hindi preferred
