Radar Principal Scientist

Job Description:
We are looking for a Radar Principal Scientist to develop advance Radar products. This leadership role is to drive the radar development program and lead a dynamic team of qualified individuals.

Min Qualifications:

• Masters/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering with an emphasis in antennas, microwave and, Electromagnetics.
• Experience - 3 to 8 years

Skills and experiences:

• Experience with product design and development starting from new pursuit until warranty.
• Sound knowledge and experience in RF/Antennas and Radar technology.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of RADAR hardware systems and testing equipment(s).
• Experience in using antenna design software
• Preference with research experience on Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Define, manage and execute project timeline, product performance, and cost.
• Verify designs and evaluate antenna characteristics
• To perform data analysis and interpret results
• To debug, optimize and conduct field trials
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Be creative and possess superior organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to do tear-down & benchmark studies.
