Management Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Management assistant* in full-time (38,5h). We are BeeVital, a globally leading bio-tech company for bee health in Austria. We offer our customers, the beekeepers, solutions for successfully maintaining the health of their bees. The support of near-natural beekeeping and agriculture, our environment and food safety are cornerstones of our philosophy and strategy.

Work tasks:
• Administrative and organizational support of the management
• Appointment coordination
• Preparation and follow-up (logging) of meetings
• Collaborating with the team and on projects, as well as follow-up and deadline monitoring
• Telephone support and email correspondence
• Document filling and maintenance
• Organisation of business trips

Required skills:
• Our environment and bees are important to you
• You are highly motivated and quick to grasp new information
• You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office and Google programs (Drive, Gmail ...)
• Work experience in this field is an advantage
• High service and quality orientation
• Independent, organized, precise and efficient way of working
• Flexibility, healthy work-life-balance and a sunny nature
• Languages: German and good business English, other languages would be an advantage

• For this position there is a minimum salary of € 1,740.00 gross per month for 38.5 hours / week applicable, willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications is given.
