System Administrator

Skills & Responsibilities
➔ Implement automation for onboarding and offboarding process.
➔Manage MDM Systems including JAMF and Intune
➔ Administrate Symantec Endpoint Antivirus console, manage servers etc.
➔ Familiar with windows, software and Hardware based Firewalls. Allow/Block ports,IP Addresses, Remote Access VPN, IPv4 Policies.

Requirements / Qualifications
➔ Hands-on experience in narrowing down the reported problem into accurate issue, and identification of the root cause
➔ Expertise in finding creative solutions to effectively address concerns
➔ Proficient to ensure issues are resolved in the most timely and effective manner possible
➔ Questioning skills /probing skills, as relevant to the issue.
➔ Ability to empathize and work within real-time to resolve issues..
➔ Demonstrable ability to handle various tasks or projects with changing priorities.
➔ Native-level english speaking - advanced level proficiency in written and spoken English.
➔ Familiarity with chat support systems like Intercom, Zendesk etc.
➔ Experience in user level familiarity with at least one email client - Outlook, Gmail, etc.
➔ Understanding about CRMs and why businesses use them. Past experience of working with a CRM is a plus
➔Shall be accountable for Laptop procurement & disbursement basis our hiring plans.
