Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. It includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You- ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we- d like to meet you.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

1. Conceptualize and execute illustration or photo-based social media creatives on the defined creative strategy and approach.
2. Conceptualize and execute digital marketing collaterals such as banners, emailers etc based on the requirements.
3. Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels.
4. Creation of design assets required for landing pages or websites.
5. Define the creative approach for focused digital and social campaigns.
6. Analyze marketing challenges and create designs that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
7. Ensure that our products speak the same visual language across mediums and channels.
8. Accountable for brand consistency across campaigns and assets - website, emails and other marketing channels.
9. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
10. Work as a part of the team with copywriters, designers, executives etc.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND KNOWLEDGE-

1. A strong understanding of balanced digital designs with the visual aesthetics of various digital channels.
2. Expertise in UI & UX designing.
3. Experience in motion graphics, animation and photo manipulation skills.
4. An interesting portfolio that demonstrates the fundamentals of design, from layout and typography, to colour and composition.
5. Mandatory to have expertise on Figma.
6. Ability to come up with exciting content ideas that suit a creative brief and are communicated clearly.
7. Ability to work under minimal supervision and display strong independent behavior.
8. Should be visual storyteller and able to transform information, messages and concepts into high-quality assets that educate, inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand.
9. Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (at least Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects).
10. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Dreamweaver, Animate).
11. Time management skills, with experience in working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
12. Excellent communication skills.
13. Up to date with industry's leading software and technologies.
14. Experience with other creative softwares is a big plus.
15. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus.
