Your Role

• Manage a team of freelance transcriptionists and make sure that the content they submit is up to Software Club guidelines and standards
• Organize and manage all of our proprietary content
• Work alongside our Content Manager and help develop a consistent voice and editorial identity across our internal and social platforms
• Collaborate with our Research Team to be able to assist in editorializing existing research content into newsletters, podcasts, and video
• Assist in delivering short term projects alongside our Operations team
• Carry out light administrative duties such as: billing, scheduling, emailing, etc.

Your Profile

• You are a fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or relevant field
• You have outstanding written skills in English and a detail-oriented work style
• You are passionate about writing, reading, and are quick to point out inaccuracies in terms of content, grammar, and spelling
• You have verifiable experience with MS Office
• You have the ability to multitask: we are a lean team which is spread across the company
• You want to create unique value that doesn’t exist anywhere else
• You have a can-do attitude and are up to the challenge of starting a career in content management

Cherry on the Cake

• You are keen on wearing different ‘hats’ and eager to pitch in to other projects within a fast-growing startup
• You have experience with Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software
• You have a spark of interest in tech and entrepreneurship
