The Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead our demand generation efforts by developing initiatives that will drive brand reach, recognition, and qualified pipeline. This role will lead and grow a team while working closely with our sales, customer success, and product teams to drive customer acquisition.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Demand Generation to strategize and build integrated marketing campaigns targeting prospects across our commercial verticals to drive marketing qualified leads for Premise. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will lead our B2B integrated marketing team with a rigorous focus on measurement and business impact. You will build the foundation for enterprise marketing and work closely with Sales to build and scale repeatable, yet customizable, programs to acquire customers and increase engagement at the top of our funnel.

Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns to drive top-of-funnel engagement and growth
Oversee lead nurturing, lead scoring and automated marketing frameworks to acquire marketing qualified leads across all digital channels (email, paid social, webinars, third party partners)
Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including collateral downloads, web traffic, marketing qualified leads, and sales accepted opportunities
Make data-driven recommendations and drive cross-functional improvements and regularly improve campaign efficacy
Develop and execute a variety of measurable marketing campaigns across channels to drive awareness, leads, and MQLs
Oversee your marketing pipeline goal and budget across verticals and forecast quarterly pipeline creation from the programs you are managing, including expected ROI
Partner with the sales organization to ensure campaign enablement and regular tracking of campaign performance in key accounts
Analyze conversion data, customer insights and behaviors to identify unique audience segments to drive custom targeting and messaging tactics within paid channels

Your background likely includes:

5-8 years of experience in generating leads and sales pipeline at fast-paced B2B SaaS companies
Strong experience working with marketing automation tools (i.e. Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM
Experience designing and owning top-of-funnel campaigns leveraging email, web, social and more
Proven track record of driving major customer marketing programs with strong business results
Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, track, and evaluate programs and processes with an emphasis on iteration and continuous improvement
Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
Self-starter; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
