Data Architect

Responsibilities:

• Analyse structural requirements for new software and applications.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.
• Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements.
• Optimize new and current database systems.
• Define security and backup procedures.

Requirements:

• Healthcare expertise
• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics or any related field.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• Professional certifications in areas of institutional evidence eg TOGAF, Zachman, others.
• The ability to make decisions.
• Experience in designing databases structure, institutional architecture, implementation, integration and data mining systems for both structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with MongoDB, Hadoop and other database modeling, visualization and management tools etc.
• Knowledge of the institutional structure of modern technology and the design of the institutional infrastructure for micro-services, cloud technology, and others.
