• Setup
  • Setup Clientjoy's Support for success. Give joyful experience to clients.
  • Getting on top of the industry trends and do continuous improvement in the customer success process.
  • Find challenges in existing process
• Content Creation
  • Content creation which will help users and save time of customer success
  • Organising Webinars for new users to onboard on the product and answer live questions.
  • Creating Product/Feature Videos explaining a functionality and benefits to the users.
  • Writing Help Articles for Product and new features.
  • Creating reusable message templates for faster communication and avoiding mistakes.
• Sales
  • Creating a sales pipeline for new users.
  • Taking Product Demos for the new users and close the leads.
  • Creating campaigns / communication for Leads/ Customer in Important/Danger stages.
• Reporting
  • Aggregating meaningful insights from user conversations and presenting it to the Stakeholders for betterment of the whole company.

Skills

• Experience of sales and conversations with global users.
• Great at communication both verbally and written.
• Good hold on using tools for communication, support, content creations, etc.
• Entrepreneurial attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn new concepts, tech and tools.
• Proactive in taking actions and decisions
• Comfortable with camera & video calls with international customers

Experience

• More than 2 years in a software company
• Experience with Sales
