The Role

Gatsby is growing fast and we're hiring an customer success manager (CSM) that's loves working with clients and understands the Shopify & ecommerce landscape.

We love developing innovative solutions, coming up with powerful new integrations, and building what customers request and need. We're looking for a CSM who is passionate about their craft, wants to architect customers solutions that scale, and build a team around them.

The right candidate:

  • Has experience working with corporate customers
  • Is familiar with ecommerce / the Shopify ecosystem
  • Wants to work on an earlier stage startup that is averaging 25% MoM growth for more than the past 6 months, has enterprise level clients, and is growing entirely through word-of-mouth.

Gatsby is a remote team with team members in San Diego, Boston, New York City, and Austin.

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
