Your Opportunity

We have just launched our new B2B SaaS Cloud offering to our existing and new customers. Any user across the globe can now create a process within minutes and enjoy streamlined processes that actually work and help you focus on what matters most. As Senior Solution Engineer (f/m/d), you will help our customers across the globe build highly automated and effective processes. You will understand their needs and act as a versatile problem solver, explaining to them how to make the best use of our product ecosystem. Your Responsibilities

• Proficiently handle our customers’ individual needs and actively participate in customer workshops
• Design best-practice templates to help our customers start to quickly use FireStart
• Estimating hours for custom implementations and closely working with your colleagues from Customer Success, Product Management, and Sales
• Conducting trainings & supporting the creation of learning material

Your Background

• Bring experience in scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and proof of values
• Have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Information-oriented Business Administration, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
• Think analytically, work in a structured manner, and can quickly comprehend new topics and dependencies
• Possess a thorough understanding of complex business processes of any kind
• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers and clients of all level
• Have a strong motivation to join an ambitious tech scale-up that just received funding from renowned international investors
• Are fluent in German and English
