Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and communicate a strategic roadmap for Expertrons content solutions, collaborating with Training, Design, Product managers, and other Business teams to develop impactful and scalable courses.
2. Develop project initiation documents, product requirements, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria and work with project managers and development leads to develop, test and release product enhancements.
3. Understand the various target audiences in an extremely detailed manner - their pain points, their use cases, the way they prefer to evaluate and approach our product, their likes, interests, and preferences.
4. To conduct activities for the improvement of trainees. 5.To conduct Product and marking sessions of the assign brands.

Job Requirements:

1. Possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, the drive to make that vision a reality, and technically credible to lead teams of world-class software developers.
2. At least 2 years of experience handling B2C Product.
   • Preference given to strong experience in B2C Edu-tech or e-learning industry
   • Preference given to strong training or course-creation experience
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate and work with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.

Qualifications:
1.Educational- Preferably from Tier 1 Institute.
2.Experience with B2C Products and Mobile application based.

Location- Andheri East, Mumbai

CTC- 15 To 20 LPA ( Market Competitive )
