We are expanding our presence in Nova Scotia , Canada and are looking at bright recruiters who can support the business in expansion and HR operations.

About the role :
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Ensure job requisitions are created on the applicant tracking system
  2. Create job descriptions and ensure they are updated
  3. Support the local teams in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, career sites and scheduling the discussions with the business
  4. Document the interview process through interview templates and getting it completed and filed
  5. Coordinate with the India/US team on MIS updates
  6. Ensure trackers are maintained for all the hiring
