To align our acts with our words we're hiring a:

Customer Success Intern Asia-Pacific
6 months internship, starting date: as soon as possible

Your role:

Our Asia-Pacific team is looking for a creative Customer Success intern to make sure all our existing customers in Asia-Pacific make the most out of our technology, that they are fully satisfied with our products and services, and that we know exactly where and how they use our drones. These efforts will be coordinated with our local reseller network, with whom you will get in touch with the customers and design upsell strategies,

You will work closely with the Asia-Pacific dedicated team of 3 people, our global marketing team and Flyability’s reseller network.

Working regularly from our headquarter offices in Paudex, no professional travels are required.

What you will own:

Understanding, measuring, and improving the overall customer satisfaction level through the implementation of regular calls, satisfaction surveys, and corrective actions
Promote access to our local resellers’ post-sales infrastructures and services
Design creative upsell opportunities for all existing customers with upsell potential
Make sure our resellers follow a similar customer-centric dynamic
Your profile:

English proficiency is required (oral and written). Japanese, Korean or any other language is a plus
Good project management and communications skills are essential
A college degree in sales, marketing or communication is a plus
Interest or experience with Asia-Pacific cultures is a plus
