The Role

Blonyx is a sports nutrition brand on a mission to help as many people as possible achieve their athletic ambition. We do this by providing athletes with higher quality sports nutrition products that are grounded in science and sold with integrity.

Our target market is people who have what we call athletic ambition. They want to run quicker, get stronger, bike faster or do more with their body so that they can excel in their sport, regardless of what their finishing line looks like.

THE ROLE

We are currently searching for an Operations Manager to join us in our mission. You will be responsible for ensuring the athletes we serve can achieve their athletic goals by getting our products into their hands when they need them. You’re a highly organised individual that loves creating system and logic, analysing data and being the superhero we bring in to solve problems. You’ll also have a love for interacting with people, building great relationships with external suppliers, marketing and sales as you work your magic to bring everything together to run smoothly. Lastly you’ll have a passion for digital platforms, using and building our ecommerce SaaS suite to improve the way we run, serve our customers and stay ahead oof the competition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage our 4 ecommerce stores serving N America and Europe, working with the marketing team to build out our apps and apis to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage inventory by analyising sell through rates and overseeing all warehouse operations and stock movement
  • Managing relationships with external vendors and partners to get product stocked and help bring our new ideas to life
  • Continually work to improve the way we work and the systems we use to push us towards our goals and grow our bottom line
  • Join marketing project teams as the operations specialist, helping to make their ideas and campaigns come to life operationally
  • Ensure customer enquiries are always directed to the right place and are never ignored
  • Be true to our core values

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in business or a related subject (or work experience that you feel matches)
  • 3+ years working in operations in operations, ideally in an ecommerce company
  • An understanding of product supply chains and inventory management
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with external suppliers
  • Experience working with multiple SaaS apps as a user or administrator
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • A love for human performance, nutrition and/or sport
  • An asset but not required: Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platform, an understanding of marketing, project management experience, experience with Amazon (FBA and FBS)
