About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing channels in order to increase BigSpring brand awareness, socialize key messaging and support sales lead generation. This role is a key collaborator on the overall digital marketing and brand strategies. They will partner with our broader cross-functional Go-To-Market team to design, build, deliver world-class marketing campaigns that maximize impact and support BigSpring to scale globally.

The ideal candidate will use their experience in media planning, digital strategy, SEM, SEO, and social media to maximize ROI for global & local campaigns in a dynamic environment. They will have strong business acumen, be detail-oriented, and take a data driven approach to optimizing performance. This is a critical role that directly impacts the ability of the company to achieve sales and revenue objectives.

In this role you’ll:

  • Own performance-marketing channels to execute strategies, including media buying, content creation and optimization.
  • Draw insights from metrics, lead engagement, sales feedback and act upon this intelligence.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, opportunities and learning in online marketing.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the Hubspot CRM in order to understand channel value and impact on sales.
  • Serve as an internal thought leader for content, platform and strategy development.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with the end to end planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable analyzing and presenting data.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media channels, email marketing and an understanding of SEO, SEM and Adwords programs.
  • Proficient in marketing and martech tools and platforms like Hubspot, Google Analytics and G2 with a strong operational background.
  • Detail-oriented, results driven, with very strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
