Our Government Systems group in Boulder, CO is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our growing team. In this position, the individual will lead contract funded and IR&D programs and projects from concept and award through final delivery. Projects consist of R&D, embedded product development, and large-scale system deployments. A wide range of technical areas are covered, including frequency and time, GPS/GNSS, PNT (position, navigation, and time), RF and signal processing, metrology, and data analysis. Cutting edge technology is developed and applied to meet our customers’ needs and support critical infrastructure and missions.

The successful candidate must have experience with complex multidisciplinary development and/or installation programs. Knowledge and experience leading teams through system requirements reviews, preliminary design reviews, critical design reviews, and test readiness reviews are required. The ideal candidate is willing and able to contribute technically to projects as needed to achieve success. Exposure to government proposal generation, contract review, and other business development activities is a plus. The successful candidate will be the primary interface with the customer and is expected to be an excellent communicator with an up to date understanding of program schedule, technical status, and risks. The technical program manager will also track program costs and report progress, including the cost estimate at completion to management. We are looking for a leader who is confident in assuming responsibility for project success in a highly results driven environment. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:

• Program or project leadership experience in a structured, multidisciplinary, aerospace/defense style development environment
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 12 or more years of related technical development and leadership experience
• Skilled in the use of MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Effective English language written and oral communication skills
• US Citizenship

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline
• A background in timing, navigation, or GPS/GNSS systems
• Experienced in systems engineering and leadership of product lifecycle - requirements definition, design, development, test, sustainment
• PMI certification
• Candidates with current TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred
