QA Coordinator

We are looking for QA Coordinator to join our team while at the same time learning the ropes of the trade of how IT Engineering evolve to where we are today
The role of the QA Coordinator is as follow

• Internal / external stake holder management: You will provide timely update on all existing / new / backlog bug issues and ensure that the stake holders are well updated.

• Vendor Management: Working with the engineering team, you are the point of contact for all Bugs / Tech issues generate from the development or live production. You will need to ensure that our vendor work on the issue on a timely manner.

• QA Process: Be part of the QA process and work on prioritise issues accordingly to prevail business needs at that point of time. Recommend ways of improving existing process without compromise quality.

• Point of contact: Be the go-to person for internal stakeholder on any bug issues and ensure that it is being properly dealt with the help from vendor.

Requirement

• Fresh graduate from any local polytechnic diploma
• Keen interest to enter the world of IT
• Possess good communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter and require min super vision
