The clean skincare line, with a cult-like celebrity following, Tracie Martyn is looking for a talented in-house performance-growth and cross-channel Marketing Manager to join our small-but-mighty team.. This position is Full-Time and will be based out of our centrally located Flatiron (NYC) office, boasting a great team atmosphere.

What You’ll Do
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be primarily responsible for driving all brand and e-commerce marketing strategies for DTC. This position balances third party e-commerce and wholesale brick-and-mortar and includes, but is not limited to, strategy development, driving brand awareness, marketing calendar planning, content creation, and budgeting for all channels including paid, social media, e-mail, and our website. As the Marketing Manager, you will manage existing agencies and partners that specialize in some of the aforementioned areas.
More specifically, the Marketing Manager will…:
Partner with the CEO and other team members to create and drive marketing plans and strategies to drive new customer acquisition, brand awareness, and retention.
Accurately communicate the story of the brand and the differentiation factors through first education followed by persuasion and translating this into sales via e-mail marketing and blogs.
Manage paid media including social media advertising (e.g., Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, display, and the like; while tracking and reporting spend and performance.
Oversee and drive growth via owned channels including email, social media, and our website, by building and launching product and service campaigns either independently or in collaboration with agencies across online channels. This includes, but is not limited to: Paid Search, Display, Social Media, SEO management, and Email Marketing.
Proactively identify ,assess and execute new channels for growth opportunities.
Oversee creation of all marketing assets and related ad-hoc projects.
Own marketing and growth KPIs; analyze performance data to identify optimizations and growth opportunities.
Oversee marketing spend and audit tech stack, as well as contract management based on ROI analysis.
