In order to keep improving in this matter, we are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our team in our company office in Coimbra, Portugal. Come and be an active part of our history!
You won't just be working on an app, but the engine that will be used to create thousands of apps. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design and QA to spec, build, test and deploy new features.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

A normal day usually starts with a cup of coffee, tea, water, or whichever other beverages one might like to have in the morning. This relaxed moment is followed by the usual chit-chat with colleagues in the offices until, suddenly, someone remarks “time to work”, that’s when the fun starts, as you’ll:
• Craft new and improved features of the GoodBarber Engine
• Analyze functional specifications (written by the functional project manager) and contribute to technical specifications (under the management of the technical lead)
• Identify the right technical solutions, definition of the technical architecture for given projects, within the general framework
• Rapidly solve problems
• Optimize the existing code for ease of use and performance
• Prototype product concepts
• Proactively look for ways to make the project better
• Be part of the mobile team, to develop our core engine for Android, iOS and Angular
• Learn new technologies

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

We believe that everyone brings something to the table, that any person can make a unique and powerful impact on where we go from here. In this case, we’re looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of experience with Angular (or similar frameworks, like React or Vue)
• Fluent oral and written English
• A collaborative attitude when working with other team members
• Some strong problem-solving skills
