Commercial Real Estate Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning data into actionable prospects. This role provides administrative and analytical support under the direct supervision of management. The candidate will be put through training to set up for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Identify distressed properties using our proven methods.
• Serve as the communication "gatekeeper" for all external and internal communication, including performing general telephone duties
• Provide routine market data and analysis
• Enter and track transactions in internal CRM

Qualifications

• 2-year associate or professional degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience with Excel is a must
• Must take initiative and be willing to learn and take direction well
• Excellent telephone, written, and verbal skills
