Job Description

Responsibilities

• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including awareness and demand generation programs across all marketing channels, to support revenue and branding objectives
• Collaborate with sales stakeholders to build integrated marketing, communications plans, and sales collateral to support the business to increase engagement and ultimately accelerate sales
• Help define the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy to enable successful campaigns
• Understand market trends, and competitive forces to help craft strong merchant and buyer narratives.
• Develop collateral and sales tools to our Business Development teams, to help them be more efficient and effective
• Bring innovative ideas to the table to help drive our growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience at either an agency or brand
• Graphic design skills are a must
• Proven success in leading both marketing and creative initiatives
• Background in B2B marketing and/or experience in marketing to enterprise audiences
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs
• Email marketing experience
• Social Media & Blog posting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused and have a passion for solving real customer problems.
• Positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with team members.
• Able to manage multiple competing priorities, choosing to execute those activities that will deliver the greatest impact (you know how to herd cats, and you like doing it!)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Industrial Automation, Material Handling, Logistics, or Manufacturing industries
• Art Direction experience is a plus
• Creative agency experience preferred
• Experience working in a start-up environment
