The Role

Hong Kong Centre for Logistics Robotics Limited

We are Hong Kong Centre for Logistics Robotics Limited and our research focus is the development and applications of robotics and AI technologies in the logistics industry. Our centre located in Hong Kong Science Park.
We are looking for Mechanical Engineer (Robot Arm)

We rely on you:

  • Robot mechanical design such as robot arm, robot hand, and robot related components.
  • Robotic system and platform assembly & integration.
  • Robotic product development.
  • Mechanical analysis such as statics, dynamics, and FEM modeling or simulation.
  • Provide design, procurement, engineering management and technical consulting of research and development project.

We are looking for:

  • Have Bachelor‘s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines (for Assistant Engineer); OR a Master’s degree in the abovementioned discipline (for Engineer); OR a PhD Degree in the abovementioned discipline (for Postdoctoral Fellow)
  • Have solid knowledge and strong interest of robotics.
  • Experienced in mechanical design and product development.
  • Are familiar with 3D design tools, such as Solidworks
  • Are familiar with mechanical modeling and simulation tools, such as Abaqus.
  • Are familiar with product design and rendering tools, such as Rhino.
  • Are experienced in commercial product design and development.
  • Have strong hands-on ability.
  • Are self-motivated to work independently.
  • Enjoy co-operating with other team members.
