Business Analyst

The company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with extensive experience in working on large-scale projects from ground up to completion. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented self-starter who has excellent communication, stakeholder and requirements management skills, and possesses a strong commitment to deliver end-to end solutions according to stipulated deadlines.

Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders to elicit, define and align requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide viable solutions which meet aligned requirements
• Ensure solutions developed are aligned and fit into the overall product vision
• Prepare and maintain the necessary project documentation (e.g. specifications)
• Perform business process modelling or improvement on an as-needed basis
• Provide support for UAT on an as-needed basis
• Serve as L3 Production support where necessary
• Provide daily support for any inquiries from the Technical, QA, UI/UX, Product and Business teams
• Conduct training sessions as needed

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of business analysis and related experience
• Agile experience is a must
• Experience in large scale projects throughout the full software development life cycle
• Experience with mobile, responsive and cross-platform applications is a strong advantage
• Experience with designing and delivering enterprise-level software is a strong advantage
• Experience in business process management or improvement is an advantage
• Experience with project management preferred.
• Business Analyst certification (CBAP/CCBA) preferred
• Familiarity with tools, methodologies, and best practices for both project management and business analysis
• Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timelines
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Proven capability to manage relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and improve processes
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organised and with a keen eye for detail
