We are looking for a passionate software engineer to join our growing software team.

We have a highly talented 10-person software team in Kansas City, Missouri along with a 5-person design team in Boston, Massachusetts. Lastly, we also work closely with 20 other skilled employees that work for a couple of our sister companies. It’s a great team of passionate, skilled, and motivated individuals.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist with decisions on tech stacks, infrastructure, deployment environments, and development guidelines to ensure appropriate stability, efficiency, and scalability.
Collaborate with project managers to understand project needs and manage development resources.
Act as a Technical Lead on consulting projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring deadlines are reasonable, deadlines are met, and delivery is technically sound for all client projects you work on.
Help our team build new tools and capabilities to speed up and improve our consulting delivery.

You have:

3+ years experience as a software engineer/developer
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical/non-technical audiences
Entrepreneurial passion with the desire to create and grow new ideas
Excellent problem solving/critical thinking skills and sharp attention to details
An interest in developing fast, pushing your limits, and growing as a software developer
