We do this by matching employee networks to open roles and also allow hiring teams to source across networks and ask for warm Intrro's directly in Slack.

We are about to embark on the next stage of growth where we plan to scale the business across North America and grow our top line revenue by 10X.

To allow us to achieve these ambitious goals we need to scale our Engineering team and thats hopefully where you come in. 😃

Job Description
Your primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, statistical analysis, and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products, automate scoring using machine learning techniques, build recommendation systems, create relationships within datasets, develop auto-matching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering department to understand company needs and devise possible data science solutions.
• Process and analyse massive amounts of data; Prototype, productionize and integrate machine learning models in business processes.
• Communicate results and ideas using effective data visualization techniques.
• Manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets using SQL, Python and big data frameworks like Spark.
• Write production level code and build scalable data science pipelines in a cloud environment (AWS).

*Skills and Qualifications *

• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
• Strong data-oriented scripting (e.g. SQL), programming (e.g., python) and big data frameworks (e.g. Spark).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB) and with Graph Databases (e.g, Neo4j)
• Data-oriented personality
• Computer Science Degree
