The Role

Infoset is an early-stage tech company developing omnichannel support and sales solutions for businesses, which enables them to manage their processes on a single and easy-to-use dashboard and makes it easier to analyze and report customer data spanning various channels.

We are funded by international investors and have customers of all sizes including enterprises and startups from all over the world. We recently joined QNBEYOND Acceleration Program in Turkey and Laval Mayenne Technopole in France, to grow at an even faster pace 🚀

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us on our mission.

Your responsibilities will be...

  • Onboarding new customers to the product and supporting them on their adaptation process
  • Serving as a bridge in communication with enterprise customers
  • Informing customers about relevant new developments in the product, ensuring they make the best use of Infoset
  • Analyzing the needs and uses of the customers, feeding the product team with feedback from customers, and contributing to the development of the product
  • Keeping in touch with customers & keeping their satisfaction high, increasing renewal and upsell rates

You should have...

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-oriented position
  • the ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • a solid understanding of software products (knowing basic web concepts and how SaaS products work is a BIG plus!)
  • solid oral and written communication abilities, with positive and energetic phone skills and listening skills
  • native (or bilingual) fluency in Turkish
  • sufficient fluency in English
