We are seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to coach and empower 5-10 Account Executives. We are seeking a person who understands how to uplift others, can work seamlessly cross functionally and someone who can creatively solve problems.We are looking for someone who:

  • Can lead people and understands our core values
  • Has a track record of achieving goals and moving in a *fast *paced environment
  • Understands small businesses and quick sales cycles
  • Is a thought leader who has opinions on sales tools, processes, and how to improve A week in the life:
  • Hold weekly 1:1’s with your team to ensure their success. Set goals with them and coach them on how to achieve their goals
  • Meet cross functionally with product and customer success leaders to help us improve the overall customer journey
  • Develop plans on which leads to target and new ways for us to penetrate those lead sources
  • Listen to calls and read emails from sales reps to provide coaching
  • Spend at least 3 hours per week thinking through innovative pipeline strategies Who is Womply:
