The Role

All of Womply’s products and services are powered by the Womply Commerce Graph, a proprietary data asset that offers the most complete view of local commerce.

Womply is looking for a Social Media Manager who can create a strong presence across various social media platforms, dramatically increasing awareness of Womply’s suite of small business solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute and amplify Womply’s content
  • Engage community across relevant social media platforms, including the identification of influencers
  • Be comfortable stepping in front of the camera when needed and expert at pulling in teams or outsourcing content when needed
  • Build and grow communities and followings with special attention to Tiktok and emerging channels
  • Propose a social media plan and execute social media campaigns
  • Support the Marketing content calendar across all social platforms to ensure a continuous amplification and promotion of relevant content
  • Monitor social media accounts of Womply and key Womply executives/leaders
  • Create metrics and reporting framework to outline the performance of social activities.
  • Leverage metrics to more effectively market through social media platforms
  • Report on progress on goals
  • Remain current with emerging social platforms and recommend those that best fit our messaging strategy and bring value to the consumer
  • Help maintain a positive online reputation management by monitoring all social media channels for client comments and escalate as appropriate
  • Maintain the company voice and appearance at all touch-points across all social channels

Requirements:

  • Audience growth and engagement skills and experience
  • Demonstrable success as a Social Media or Digital Marketing Manager
  • Strong understanding of the current social media landscape (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn)
  • Ability to transpose existing long-form content into concise pieces best suited for the platform being used
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with video platforms used to create animated social content
  • Highly organized self-starter who can work efficiently on a small team
  • Knowledge of the travel & food industry a strong plus
  • General knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Bachelor Degree/Relevant experience

  • Design/visual graphics experience
