Product Manager

Role
This position is a product manager for developing the core technologies around ChargerGoGo - the most popular charging stations in the U.S.

What you will do

• You'll collaborate with a team of engineers and managers to create applications used by our customers around the world
• Channel feature requests, deliverables, tasks, and bugs into the engineering pipeline.
• Work in the frontline to understand the real customer needs
• Pay regular visits to our customers in the business side to understand their demand.
• Understand the consumers’ requirements and their pain points, collect customer’s feedback creatively.
• Investigate possible solutions based on requirements and come up with the best one.
• Provide creative ideas to improve our product and technology
• Be a self-starter that can, at times, take initiative and execute on projects with little direction

Ideal Background

• 3+ years of program management experience in software industry products/services/applications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Organizational skills to handle backlogs
• Familiarity with the UX space is a plus
• Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues
• Excellent communication skills to all levels, experience working with stakeholders, strong project management skills, strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity
