The Role

We are in search of an entry level, full-time Technical Recruiter. Our Technical Recruiter must not only have a strong technical aptitude but also serve as an employee advocate and evangelist of Womply and our PeopleOps organization.

In this position you will collaborate with our technical and product teams to lead our search for potential candidates, including coordinating with outside recruiting agencies as needed. Working closely with the Head of Recruitment to source, qualify and onboard top technical talent. You will learn our business inside and out so you can clearly communicate the full potential of where Womply is going, identify those who could become strong team members, and bring them on board. You will reach out, perform phone screens, arrange on-site interviews, coordinate interview teams and collect feedback, host candidates and make them feel at home, and ensure that our process is smooth and effective.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of Technical Recruiting experience
  • Good understanding of the San Francisco tech hiring challenges.
  • Experience working with external recruiters and agencies.
  • Good understanding of what appeals to startup engineers.
  • Excellent communicator, able to learn and clearly articulate Womply's story, background, traction, market opportunity, philosophy, and culture.
  • Strong writing skills: able to craft clear and non-formulaic emails and messages to candidates.
  • Extremely organized, methodical, and analytical.
