Full Stack Developer (ML Focus)

Role: Research Engineer
Location: Cardiff (working from home)
Salary: £30k + performance-related bonus

We are at the beginning of our journey. We are looking for people to join us at this exciting early stage with a shared mission of developing truly intelligent AI products to solve challenging real-world problems. We have a number of client projects in flight so we’re looking for someone to start imminently and you’ll be getting stuck in straight away!

The Role:
• Working directly with the founder & CEO to deliver solutions to clients
• Writing clean, well designed, testable and efficient code
• Estimating tasks and contributing to project planning exercises
• Managing tasks autonomously and effectively
• Accurately tracking and reporting on work status

A Little About Your Skills:
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with NLP and/or machine learning
• Familiarity with Google Cloud or similar platforms
• Degree in Computing or equivalent

A Little About Your Approach:
• Self-starter and motivated learner
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage your time autonomously, we are output focused, not 9-5 focused
• Appetite to learn, investigate and embrace new technologies and languages to continuously evolve our approach to delivering solutions
