Technical Content Writer

Responsibilities:-
Determine the needs of the user's technical documentation.
Research, outline, write, and edit new and proofreading content.
Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability.
Write website content, blog posts and promote content on social media.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards & audience.
Work with technical staff to make products and instructions easier to use.
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
Create and maintain the information architecture.

Requirements:-
Proven experience in creative & web friendly technical writing.
Can write tutorials, web page content and explain product features.
Knowledge of web technologies such as WordPress, Joomla for content creation.
Incumbents must be able to write SEO friendly content.
Excellent written & spoken skills in English.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
