YOUR ROLE
As our first Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech (f/m/d), you will be the driving force in helping accelerate Workpath as an exciting product and engineering brand. You partner with our hiring managers to boost the sustainable growth of our product and engineering teams. This role offers a variety of interesting challenges ahead including the opportunity to not only hire the best tech talent out there but also build out the talent acquisition function at Workpath from the start.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own the recruiting process end-to-end in partnership with the hiring manager:
- Actively source and screening of suitable candidates
- Conduct (pre-screening call, value & team fit interview) and coordinate interviews (technical interview, founder interview)
- Lead offer process incl. help with visa questions from international applicants
- Provide positive and authentic candidate experience and communicate as Workpath ambassador
- Drive strategic initiatives with support from other key stakeholders such as employer branding, recruiting & networking events (e.g. meetups, job fairs), sourcing strategies
- Continuously improve our talent acquisition function including recruiting process improvement and establishing best practices
