We have a grand vision of disrupting how companies buy and sell from each other. We are working with early customers to build an enterprise-grade product that will be GA later this year. What You'll Do
You will be the first hire on the Product Design team, and expected to lead the company’s perspectives on product and UX design. As a category creating business, our ability to translate innovative product perspectives into seamless and natural end-user experience is a critical element of success, and you will play a pivotal role in accomplishing this. We are looking for someone who understands enterprise B2B SaaS, and the global enterprise user well. You will be working closely with the founding team, and the rest of the company as well as directly interacting with customers and prospects.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Lead the UX Design Process including research, user flows, wireframes, mockups and user testing; and improve the design process and contribute to a consistent and effective system of design to drive a cohesive product portfolio experience.
• Agile and Collaborative Design: Leverage wireframes, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate and iterate on ideas with technical and non-technical teams within internal stakeholders, as well as customers and partners. You will drive or support customer and prospect discovery sessions, as needed.
• Data-Driven Design: Develop a design decision framework strongly rooted on well-documented customer interactions and analysis of data acquired through primary and secondary research. We believe that great UX designs occur at the intersection of brilliant creative thinking and the right set of data /insights.
• Design Excellence: Keep abreast with industry trends to develop design strategy and a modern design system. We aspire to be known for cutting-edge product experience, and your ability to keep us at the forefront of thought-leadership in this space is critical.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UX design experience in B2B SaaS; preferably complex, deeply embedded business process and workflows
• Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or equivalent experience and education
• Experience with standard design software; Figma highly preferred
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high quality products in conjunction with product managers and engineers, including creation of engineering-ready assets
• Ability to quickly absorb domain knowledge and deeply understand user needs
• Ability to make sound design decisions based on data and a deep understanding of users
• Ability to effectively execute Entrepreneurial track record of bringing product ideas to reality incrementally
