Product Manager

About You:

You are a visionary Product Manager with deep experience in very practical execution. You have a proven track record of balancing investments in great UX and scalable platforms against the needs for time to market and revenue acceleration.

You thrive in a startup environment, build bridges across organizations, collaborate constructively with UX and engineering, and evangelize your product and its impact on customers. You are both strategic and tactical, collaborate internally with other product managers, sales, marketing, strategic PR & communications, and customer success.

You Have:

• 3-5+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Experience integrating 3rd party software
• Experience with SAAS for B2B, ideally for Small Business
• Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute practically
• Demonstrated ability in developing competitive intelligence information that enable successful roadmap planning
• Proven leadership and team-building skills to create shared visions and accomplish team goals
• Passion for customers and track record of success analyzing product and market dynamics
• Make data-driven decisions. Develop a hypothesis, dive into the data, and use your findings to drive decision making. Monitor performance and deliverability metrics daily and respond proactively
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of security rules, regulations, and technology that is PCI compliant
