Embedded Hardware & Software Engineer

We are seeking for passionate, motivated and skilled Embedded Hardware & Software Engineers whose further strengthens our development team and help us achieve and grow even more. The ideal candidate relishes the challenges of combining hardware and software to deliver working solutions to problems whilst meeting any business requirements. You will also be aware of how your hardware solution integrates within our backend IoT infrastructure.

As part of the development team you will deliver quality and innovative solutions to achieve our strategic priorities. You should be a highly motivated developer with a passion for solving challenging problems, learning on the go and exploring new ways of doing things.

Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype and test hardware and firmware for consumer home automation devices
• Write production ready, testable embedded C code
• Design procedures and build software and hardware for automated production testing
• Create rapid prototypes of hardware for feasibility testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 1-2 years relevant experience (fresh graduates will be considered)
• Knowledge in Python will be an advantage
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organised
• Experience in Agile programming environment
• Effective verbal and written English communication
