Project Manager

We at Codezen Tech Solutions are looking to hire a motivated candidate for the role of IT Project Manager. Due to COVID-19, the candidate will work from home until further notice.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

A.) Create and communicate project plans in consideration with client stakeholders to meett client objeectives and goals
B.) Track and assign ownership of project-level tasks. Communicate with appropriate teammates and leadership regarding the status of specific projects.
C.) Set and manage timelines, holding internal and external stakeholders accountable to them, while understanding the flexible nature of client deadlines.
D.) Monitor timeliness and quality of deliverables to ensure compliance with standard processes and methodologies.
E.) Demonstrate an understanding of business priorities and the ability the exercise keen prioritization skills between projects and within projects to effectively handle competing and evolving priorities.
F.) Maintain or request status updates across all milestones for all clients (existing and onboarding) within a team to drive transparency and accountability.

Requirements:
A.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
B.)Highly organized and able to multitask.
C.)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
D.)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
E.)Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Andheri, Mumbai (Currently remote work due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, until Company decides to operate from Mumbai Office after the pandemic subsides).
