Junior Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview:

We’re building the sustainable grocery brand of the future and are on the lookout for a Junior Operations manager to join our small but growing team. The role will involve heavy involvement in our Zero Waste scheme which allows customers to reduce their packaging footprint, having orders delivered in reusable boxes and a range of SKUs in reusable containers.

Joining a small team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of supply chain management including:

• Forecasting and demand planning for a small range of SKUs
• Working with suppliers to place POs
• Monitoring and managing supplier KPIs
• Engaging new suppliers and discussing terms
• Helping with customer support
• Monitoring warehouse performance and helping to implement efficiencies

Your experience, skills and qualities:

• 2-3 years supply chain experience
• An analytical background - able to process large volumes of data and draw conclusions/ make recommendations
• Excel/ Google sheets advanced user
• SQL preferred but not required
• High levels of IT literacy and comfort using online systems
• Good problem solving ability
• Shows initiative and takes ownership
