Product Owner / Manager ( SaaS Product Manager )

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic and competent Product Manager to become the eyes and ears of our clients and translate their needs into the best SaaS product. The ideal candidate is a leader who can prioritize, communicate clearly, and who understands how to nurture the focus, excellence, and alignment across teams to deliver and ensure end-to-end success and work closely with the engineering, design and business development team to come up with the best strategy for product features and roadmap to solve on-ground logical problems

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of experience managing web and mobile products with a background in technical product management or engineering
• 3+ years of experience in building global enterprise SaaS products/ Cloud based products
• Experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them
• Build products from Scratch & Start-up experience is required
• Get great exposure to the latest innovations in virtual reality and other immersive technologies
• Track record shaping business strategy for technical products or services.
• Experience setting product definitions and roadmaps for a modern SaaS product in data integration /automation space.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products.
• Experience leading and growing teams.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills.
• Implementing product analytics to derive behavioural insights on usage of each relevant feature.
• Ability to organize, manages, and prioritize tasks. Prior experience working with engineering through the complete technology product lifecycle

ADDED ADVANTAGE
• 3+ yrs experience as a Product Manager in agile scrum framework is a huge plus
• Worked on a scalable application or managing web and mobile products with a background in technical product management.
