The Role

Job Overview

We are looking to hire a visionary COO to oversee Kinexcs’ operational processes, and to ensure superb customer experience. The COO will optimize operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives. The COO will assist in compiling the company's budget, financial reports and control financial policies and procedures.

The COO will also be a key account manager for some of the company’s biggest accounts. The COO must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client and will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters. The COO shall also work closely with management to bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.

To ensure success, candidates should have a clear understanding of Kinexcs’ core values and culture. Top candidates will be exemplary leaders, have superb business acumen and have sound understanding of business strategies in a startup environment within the medical, health and wellness industries.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Understanding Kinexcs’ key business metrics and basic levers on how to impact them
• Constantly evaluate and improve day-to-day operations, people, processes/ procedures to ensure quality, efficiency and value creation
• Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports
• Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices that resonate with the strengths and capabilities of the team
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
• Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
• Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies
• Managing key accounts of the company and finding new business from new or existing clients

Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience managing human resources, finances, operations and marketing and sales.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Medical Devices and/or consumer Health & Wellness industries.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and operations from previous work experiences.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Aptitude in ethical leadership and resourceful problem solving.
• Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
• Experience in fundraising is a plus.
• Experience working with clients internationally is a plus.
