JOB DESCRIPTION
At Zelros, you’ll be a member of Customer Success team, that holds 4 key missions:

• pre-sales activities in support of the Business Development team, acting as solution expert
• solution delivery: from framing the use case to the configuration of the - --- solution for each of Zelros customers
• solution adoption: animating the community of users to maximize business impact and secure retention
• partnership relationship: making sure that Zelros partners have all they need in order to make the most of our solutions for their clients

With us, you’ll learn:

• to master and configure the Zelros Bank & Insurance AI Platform
• to frame and steer the deployment of our platforms (6 to 12 weeks initiative)
• to guide our customers in the AI era
• to manage successful and long term relationships with our customers and partners

PROFILE
This job is for you if:

• you have good knowledge of IT landscape of financial service industry
• you enjoy technical tasks as well as business analysis
• you’re fluent in English and French
• you want to grow in project management
• you want to development customer relationships skills

It’s even better if:

• you’re super savvy on customer relationship management
• you enjoy data management activities and want to go deep in the machine learning domain
• you have experience in the financial services industry you worked in the software industry

LOCATION
The job is located at WeWork, au 198 avenue de France in Paris and we have offices in Berlin, Munich and Milan.
